La logistique constitue l'un des piliers fondamentaux du sport automobile. Véritable métier de l'ombre, la logistique joue un rôle déterminant dans la réussite opérationnelle et sportive d'un programme, en garantissant : l'anticipation, la coordination et l'exécution irréprochable de chaque détail.
Forte d'une expérience acquise lors de championnats Européens ou encore internationaux, je maîtrise la gestion globale des opérations logistiques d'une équipe en anticipant les besoins et en assurant une exécution rigoureuse à chaque étape.
Mon expertise couvre l'organisation des déplacements internationaux et nationaux incluant la réservation des hôtels, des vols, des véhicules de location ainsi que la coordination des prestations de restauration et de catering.
Je suis également en mesure de gérer les aspects administratifs et réglementaires liés aux opérations internationales notamment avec les carnets ATA ainsi que la création des roadbooks détaillés destinés aux équipes et aux collaborateurs.
Sur les courses, j'assure la coordination opérationnelle afin de garantir une organisation fluide, efficace et conforme aux exigences du sport automobile.
Logistics is one of the fundamental pillars of motorsport. As a true behind-the-scenes profession, logistics plays a decisive role in the operational and sporting success of a programme by ensuring the anticipation, coordination and flawless execution of every detail.
Drawing on experience gained across both European and international championships, I have developed expertise in the overall management of a team's logistics operations, anticipating requirements and ensuring rigorous execution at every stage.
My expertise includes the organisation of both international and domestic travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, rental cars, as well as the coordination of catering and hospitality services.
I am also able to manage the administrative and regulatory aspects associated with international operations, particularly ATA carnets, as well as the preparation of detailed roadbooks for teams and collaborators.
At race events, I oversee operational coordination to ensure seamless, efficient and professional execution in line with the demanding standards of motorsport.
